Abstract

 

Abstract

This  research  is  of  the objectives  to  study  the  principles  of  good governance  in  the schools expanding the educational opportunity in Laokhwan District, Kanchanaburi Province,  to comparison the level of the viewpoint to the management of education according to the  principles of good governance in the schools expanding the educational opportunity in  Laokhwan  District and  to study the principles of good governance in the schools expanding the educational opportunity  in Laokhwan District. The exemplary group used  in the research consists of 160  teachers. The instrument used in this research is the questionnaire. The statistics used in this  research  are  the  percentage, the  average, the  deviation, the t-test  and  the  one-way  Anova.  

The  Finding    Found  That   

1. The educational administration according principles of good governance in the  schools expanding the educational opportunity in  Laokhwan District, Kanchanaburi Province, is  generally at the  high level. When it is consider side  by side, it  is found  that they are at the  high  level. When they are arranged from the high level  to the low one according to the average, it is  found that there are altogether 6 sides, namely the side of co-operation, the  side of virtues,the  side  of  worthiness, the  side of  brightness, the  side  of responsibility, and the  side  of  legality.   

2. The comparison of the administration of educational according to the principles of  good governance in the schools expanding the educational opportunity in Laokhwan District,  Kanchanaburi Province, is divided according to the personal factor and the teachers opinions  about the sex, the age, the education, the teaching experience and the level of the classes in  which the teachers teach. It is also found that the teachers have same viewpoints about education  according to the principles of good governance in the schools expanding the educational opportunity  with the important of  view at the level of  0.05.

3. In the way of the administration of education according to the principles of good  governance in the schools expanding the educational opportunity in Laokhwan District,  Kanchanaburi  Province, the side of legality, the following of the low, the neatness and the  regulations must to handle under the low. It can  not do as one pleases. It  think of the fairing and  the justice, the  side of virtues, carry righting, good things. Promote the person for develop  themselves. The personal has the honest, diligent, patient, order, a  rule  of conduct. The side of  brightness the parent get into comfort and easy understand  informations. The processing of the  parent or the student and the committee of the school check the righting as clear. The side of co-operation give the opportunity the personal or the other get into govern about deciding several  things, advice, discuss, co-planning and together working. The side of responsibility must to  realize in the rights and the duty, realizing in responsibility of realize and respect about the  different ideas. And the braving to accept for an advantage and an unadvantage from making  yourself. The side of worthiness, the govern and the usage of the lost resource for the most usage  to the collective in the school.
