Abstract

Abstract

              The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the Management efficiency of Learning and Teaching of students in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok, 2) to study the relationship between personal factors and the Management efficiency of Learning and Teaching of students in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok, and, 3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions. The Management efficiency of Learning and Teaching of students in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok. Research using quantitative research methods which collected data using a questionnaire. The samples used in this study 158 were of students in upper secondary education in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok. The analyzing the data was made by using the packaged program for social research to find the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.). Statistical hypothesis testing using Chi-Square Tests to describe the relationship between the Independent Variables and the dependent variable.

              The research findings were as follows :

              1. The students in upper secondary education in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre towards the Management efficiency of Learning and Teaching of students in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok, as a whole were in high level (Mean of 4.11). When considering to each aspect it was found that there were high mean scores in all aspects.

              2. The of three hypothesis tests by using Chi-Square (c2) has the statistically significant at 0.05 and found that gender do not have the relationship with the Management efficiency of Learning and Teaching of students in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok, it is not statistically significant difference to the relevant hypothesis set forth could be rejected. Two hypotheses found that the different personal status such as Age and status, it is statistically significant difference to the relevant hypothesis set forth could accept.

              3. The problems are the Management of Learning and Teaching of students in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre in Rat Burana District Bangkok, course content is not appropriate for the teaching and learning process, there teachers are not enough to teaching, students did not cooperate in learning and teaching activities. Teaching Equipment Type such as computer No projector, the teachers participating in the test less. The feedback from students in upper secondary education in Non-Formal and Informal Education Centre. The course content should be adjusted to suit the teaching, recruiting teachers should provide sufficient and appropriate to the number of students, an activities for the students to learn from practical experience that is a solution, should find teaching materials are used in some types of equipment, and should allow teachers to participate in the test more than ever.
