Administrators Ethical Behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

 The research entitled “Administrators Ethical behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet primary Education Service Area Office 2”. The objectives of the research were as follows : 1) to study the Administrators Ethical Behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2, 2) to compare the Administrators Ethical Behaviors Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2 by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to present model of the Administrators Ethical Behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2.

             The sample of this research consisted of the 330 teachers under Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sampling method applied the Simple Random Sampling. The research tool used questionnaire. The data were analyzed to find frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The test of hypotheses had been made by t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA). If there were significant difference the Multiple Comparison by the Least Significant Difference : LSD would be used. And summarized the administrators ethical behaviors by analyzed and synthesized the collected data.

             The findings of the study had been found that :

             1. The opinions of teachers on Administrators Ethical Behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2, Most of the respondents were females for the number of 257 bodies. The respondents aged 40-49 years old with the number of 121 people. Teacher’s opinion on Administrators Ethical Behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2 as a whole were in high mean scores (x = 4.02). When considering to each aspect it was also found that there were in high mean scores in all aspects including self-control dominated by Gharavasa-dhamma (x = 4.03), human being control dominated by Brahmavihara (x = 4.02) and working-control dominated by Iddhipada (x = 4.02).

             2. When comparing the opinions of teachers towards the Administrators Ethical Behaviors Towards School Administration in Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 2 by classifying on gender, age and school size it was found that on personal factors had no significant difference at .05 level.

             3. The suggestion of teachers for Administrators Ethical Behaviors self-control dominated by Gharavasa-dhamma. 1) The administrators should act as idol to colleagues and subordinates. 2) The administrators should conduct as honest person with integrity and speak trustingly. 3) The administrators should have both a moral speech and mind and consciousness as well. Human beings control dominated by Brahmavihara. 1) The administrators should have justice and no bias to anyone. 2) The administrators should listen to the colleagues and subordinates and taken their messages sincerely. 3) The administrators should take care to support working with advanced functions appropriately. Working-control dominated by Iddhipada. 1) The administrators should be committed to the tasks and courage to face the problems. 2) The administrators should adhere to the principle and the accuracy of management. 3) The administrators should assign tasks according to colleges and subordinate abilities.
