Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

 

            This Research is of Three objectives:- 1. To Analytically Study The  Characteristics of The Desirable  Political  Leader in Western and Eastern, 2. To Analytically Study The  Characteristics of The Desirable  Political  Leader in Buddhism, 3 Study Model of The  Characteristics of The Desirable  Political  Leader in The  Globalization  Era  According  to  The Theravada Buddhism.

From the first objective, The  Characteristics of The Desirable  Political  Leader in Western and Eastern in Part of similar are 1. Towards the political leadership is important to focus on the authority, the authority and Inherit the authority, 2. Promote the training and test to the political leadership. The difference are 1. The Eastern to focus on ethicists than the Western. The Eastern Ethics for Political Leaders are 18 reasons, in the Western has 6 reasons. 2. The Eastern is refined in human of Systhemathic while the West is Oganizing a party in a systhemathic way.

From the Second objective, it is found that The Political leadership in Buddhism is of 6 main indicators,namely

1.Political leaders is prepare for Political Leadership. They started with the training precepts, meditation and wisdom, mindfulness in daily life. And the desire to lead others to do so. They can be very good administration.

2. When he was a political power. He teaches and publishes five Precepts, Strategies create the good Man, They take care of their lives and help others.

3. When Down political power. He was ordained as a monk practice Meditation. propagation Buddha dharma, and as a consultant for the next generation of political leaders.

4. To solve the problem at the root cause, If the real cause is poverty. Political leaders to solve the shortage of people.

5. Team building consultant, he is wise and good.

6. Political parties, and building a network of good people to fill administrative regions. The goal is to make people happy in the good of the government with the 10 Kusala-kammapatha.

From the Third objective, Synthesis to Model of The  Characteristics of The Desirable  Political  Leader in The  Globalization  Era  According  to  The Theravada Buddhism is 4 cycle, 6 point, 38 indicators, 20 Coverage, 3 levels, 4 evaluation. 38 indicators are The  Characteristics of The Desirable  Political  Leader in The  Globalization  Era  According  to  The Theravada Buddhism.
